東京の工芸や食といった江戸からの伝統、
あるいは最先端を支える町工場の技術力、
それを支える職人たち。
それを「東京の技」と名付けました。

Traditional things in Tokyo handed down from Edo such as industrial arts, foods,
or techniques of small factories supporting the most advanced technology,
and the workmen with skills. We named them ‘TOKYO NO WAZA’ .
